VINCE A. FIGUEROA
CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANT
Vince Figueroa is a CPA licensed in California and an alumnus of Sonoma State University and KPMG LLP. Working in public accounting since 2006, Vince has gained a wide variety of experience including tax, audit, and accounting services.
Vince’s experience has focused on developing relationships with individuals and privately-held, often family-owned businesses, who want long-range, big picture planning to help their transition, growth or development. Specialties include family, small to mid-sized businesses who are looking for a business partner to help them reach the next level in a variety of areas within their business. Vast experience with individual taxation, business entity taxation and general business and individual accounting services. Vince enjoys getting to know clients on a personal level and strives to build a partnership with them to creatively solve problems.
The mission at Figueroa CPA is primarily driven by family and community. Vince is a dedicated member of his community who works wholeheartedly to help those in need both through his profession and also through volunteerism with various organizations.
MACKENZIE S. WHITTED
ENROLLED AGENT
Mackenzie Whitted is an Enrolled Agent (EA) admitted to practice and represent taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service. She began working in public accounting in an administrative capacity in 2001, which revealed her aptitude and interest in tax and accounting. She pursued that interest and has been working with clients to solve their tax needs since 2008.

Mackenzie enjoys working closely with individuals with a variety of tax situations including real estate professionals, investors and developers, operating a small business, investing in cryptocurrency, and living and/or working abroad or across multiple states. She enjoys getting to know the clients she works with and using her knowledge of Federal and state regulations to benefit them.
JACK MALLOY
CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANT
Jack is an alumnus of Cal Poly State University with a degree is Business Administration and a concentration in Accounting. He is a CPA licensed in California. Jack began his career in public accounting in 2011 in the Silicon Valley where he focused on high net worth individuals including tech entrepreneurs, executives, and hedge fund managers.
Jack’s time in Sonoma County has allowed him to become more well rounded in the accounting industry to provide the best client service for our community. His experience has focused on developing relationships with individuals and their family-owned businesses, working together to develop the best tax strategies for each client. With an abundance of experience in tax planning for individuals and businesses, Jack strives to bring a high level of understanding and execution to the client partnership.
In his time spent outside of the office, Jack can be found with his wife, Andrea, taking in the great outdoors, exercising, and managing his fantasy sports teams.
